This was the last dry-docking of ENGLAND... picture is of the CPO
Mess with Captain Gaskin (last CO). All the way to right is MCPO Lombardi
(the last CMC). The date would have been late in 1992 or early 1993.
Dry-dock was Naval Station, San Diego.
